high protein breakfast "pizza"
yummmm! get a delicious, high protein start of the day!!! ingredients:
-3 egg whites
-1.5 cups of chopped veggies (e.g. mushrooms, onions, broccoli, peppers, etc.)

HALF MARATHON TOMORROW!
hey guys! sorry for being MIA lately… finals are coming up! anyways, i’m running my very first half marathon in indiana tomorrow!!! i have an achilles injury but i’ve been working towards this for a while so i’m just going to go for it. my goal is to finish under 2 hours so let’s see if i meet that goal.

you don’t need ANY equipments
it’s EFFICIENT!
