how i lost weight & keep it off!
1. realize that you need to change for the better.
2. cut out unnecessary calories (calories that don’t fill you up at all), especially fatty dips and condiments.

3. cut out overly processed foods, even if it’s a health product.
4. cut out refined grains and eat 100% whole grain foods
5. watch your portions - healthy does not mean low calories.

6. stop skipping meals to save calories for later.
7. limit your favorite foods but don’t eliminate them.
8. workout everyday but make sure to give your body a break once in a while
9. choose sugar-free / fat-free but be aware! some of those products are even worse than the normal stuff.
10. eat frequently but in small amounts.
11. eat more vegetables but don’t overdo it with starchy vegetables like potatoes and corn.
12. never skip breakfast.
13. pack your snacks so you have healthy snacks available when you get hungry.
14. watch your salt intake.
15. measure your servings! btw, a tbsp of peanut butter is not how much peanut butter you can scoop with your spoon.
16. enjoy working out - put a smile on!
17. don’t drink calories unless they’re nutritious, no sugar added smoothies.
18. avoid fried foods.
19. eat lean sources of protein at every meal and snack.
20. dried fruits (no-sugar added) and nuts can be enjoyed but in miniscule amounts.
21. never eat out of a bag. put a serving on your plate and put the bag away before you start eating.
22. eat until you’re satisfied - not stuffed.
23. don’t keep junkfood in your house. i know it’s painful but throw it all away.
24. make it a lifestyle. make changes that you can keep for the rest of your life.
25. enjoy life! weightloss should not make you miserable and anti-social!
