sure, losing weight & toning up is great. but if it costs your happiness or disrupts peace you had your body, you’re doing it wrong. for me, i tend to be a perfectionist so i would always strive for perfection but once i let that go, i noticed that i’m better off.

whether your body is healthy or not is dependent on you. if you take care of your body by exercising and eating right, your body will be healthy. if you don’t care about your body and eat junk all the time, your body won’t be healthy. as simple as that.
