9/5 - 3 mile run, 20 minutes on arc trainer.
9/6 - 2 mile run, 5x1:00 Al, 2 mile run. (total: 5 miles in 48 minutes)
9/7 - rest
9/8 - 4 mile run, 4 GP
9/9 - 20 minute arc trainer, workout #10, 10 minute spinning
9/10 - 5 mile run outside
9/11 - 7 mile(!!) run outside
9/12 - a fast 3.5 mile run outside
